Account & login

I didn’t receive the verification email
  • Check spam/junk folders.
  • Make sure you used the correct email address.
  • Try requesting a new verification email from the app (if available).
I forgot my password
  • Use “Forgot password?” on the login screen to request a reset link.
  • If the link expired, request a new one.
I can’t log in
  • Confirm your email is verified.
  • Check for typos in email/password.
  • If you still can’t access your account, email support@itspackit.com.

Approval / verification

To keep PackIt safe, new accounts may require verification.

Pending approval
Your documents are being reviewed. You’ll be notified once a decision is made.
Rejected
If you believe it’s a mistake, contact support. If a reason is shown in-app, include it in your message.
Tip: when contacting support, include your account email and screenshots if possible.

Trips, shipments & matches

Posting a trip
  • Fill in route, date/time, and available weight clearly.
  • Add notes if pickup/drop-off needs context.
Posting a shipment
  • Add accurate details, declared value, and an optional photo.
  • Choose realistic dates and weight.
Match issues
  • If a match looks wrong or suspicious, contact support with a screenshot.
  • Include the match ID (if visible).

Safety & prohibited items

PackIt is not a shipping company. Users must follow airline rules, customs rules, and local laws.

Never send or carry prohibited items (non-exhaustive): illegal substances, weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, counterfeit goods, cash or high-risk valuables, or anything prohibited by origin/destination law.

If you think a listing involves prohibited items, report it to support@itspackit.com.

Reporting abuse or suspicious activity

If you suspect fraud, identity misuse, or unsafe behavior, email us and include:

  • Your account email
  • The user’s name/identifier (if visible)
  • Screenshots
  • A short description of what happened

Data & privacy requests (GDPR)

You can contact support to request: access to your data, correction of your details, deletion of your account where legally permitted, or questions about how your data is stored and used.

Account deletion

You can delete your PackIt account directly from within the app settings.

Once deletion is requested:
• Your account is disabled immediately.
• Your information is retained for 30 days in case restoration is requested.
• After 30 days, personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized where legally required retention applies.
